Discounts

Loved and Curly offers regular discount codes. Please be aware that our partners individual hair products will not be included within these discounts.

Can I return/exchange my items?

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on items unless the item arrives damaged.

Shipping

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and offered at a fixed rate. We use Royal Mail postal service, and your postage cost will be dependent on the weight of your order. You can track your order via the tracking code on your shipping confirmation email.

We aim to process and send your orders within 1-2 working days. You should allow a minimum of 5 working days for your order to arrive.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods due to the delivery process. This will need to be raised with Royal Mail. Please do contact us with any issues; we value our customers and would hope to support and assess delivery expectations to ensure great service.
